Hi Petgood!
I have to tell you about something exciting that has happened with our male, Fiyero. When we examined his semen quality in 2023, he had 568 million sperm and 81% motility. At that time, he was also rather skinny and was on a lamb-based diet.
Now in September, we did a new collection – and the difference was enormous: about 2.2 billion sperm and 93% motility. The veterinarian was just as impressed as we were!
The thing that has changed is the food.
What have changed is the food
Since Fiyero started eating Petgood, he has gained weight and become more muscular. It also seems to have had a major effect on semen quality. It cannot be ruled out that the body prioritizes: in “leaner times” it reduces what is least important for survival, such as sperm production, but when there is plenty of nutrition and the dog is in good condition, the quality improves there as well.
I think it’s amazing what your food can do. I felt I wanted to share this with you – because we can see the results clearly, both in his body and in the numbers!
