You can join the Do Good Club by signing up here on the page. You will get 500 Paw Points for signing up and can immediately start earning and redeeming Paw Points for a discount at check out. It is free to join the Do Good Club!

Yes! It’s free to join the Do Good Club. There are no enrollment or annual fees. You must register for an account on www.petgood.com in order to join the club. Just provide your full name, email address, and agree to the terms and conditions.

You can earn Paw Points for various activities, including signing up, making purchases, referring a friend, following us on social media and more.

Paw Points may be applied for discounts towards orders at checkout. Once you spend equal to or over the required amount, you level up to the next tier every 12 months - meaning you will qualify for additional rewards and other special surprises as you enter higher tiers. To see all your specific rewards, log into your account.

You can refer friends to earn Paw Points! Your referral link is only valid for new shoppers for their first purchase at www.petgood.com. You will earn Paw Points for the first qualifying purchase your friends make using your referral link and they will get a 20% discount as a welcoming treat. Win-win.

No need to worry! All of your activities are recorded and automatically begin processing, yet not all will reflect immediately on your Paw Point balance. For example, the Paw Points you earn from placing an order will be issued after 14 days. Once the 14 days have passed, you will see it reflected in your Paw Points balance. And when you refer a friend, your Paw Points will be issued 14 days after your friend has placed their referral order.

You can always go to the reward page and click on "History" to see your Paw Points record and status. If you still don't see your Paw Points balance updated 14 days after purchase, please contact us.

Paw Point points expire 12 months after your last purchase date.  If you have pending points at the time of expiration, the pending points will remain pending. You can stop your point expiration by making a purchase on www.petgood.com  at which time any pending points will process at the 14-day mark.

If you have not placed any orders after joining the Do Good Club, the account expiry period is calculated from the time of account registration.

All applicable Paw Points earned, will be deducted from your account when the product is returned.
