Petgood’s bonus club

The bonus club the Do Good Club is available to everyone who shops at Petgood.

Yes! It's free to join the bonus club and collect paw points, and there are no sign-up or annual fees. To get started, you need to create an account at petgood.com. Just enter your full name, email address and choose a password.

Paw points can, for example, be used as discounts at checkout. Log in to your account to see all your specific rewards.

You can tell friends about petgood and thus collect paw points. Log in to your petgood account, get your unique "refer a friend link" and start sharing with friends. Your friend gets 20% on their first purchase and you get 6000 paw points (equivalent to SEK 300 to shop for) for each new customer you recruit.

Remember that your "refer a friend link" is only valid for new petgood customers. Each link can be sent to a maximum of five people, after which you must create a new one. The link should be shared with your friends and should not be shared on social forums or media.

Don't worry! All of your activities are recorded and automatically begin processing, but not all of them will be reflected immediately in your paw points balance. For example, the paw points you earn by placing an order will be issued after 14 days. Once the 14 days are up, you will see it reflected in your balance. And when you refer a friend, your paw points will be issued 14 days after your friend places their order.

You can always go to the rewards page and click on "History" to see your earned paw points and status. If you still do not see your points balance updated 14 days after purchase, please contact us.

Any applicable paw points earned for the purchase will be deducted from your account when the product is refunded.

If you are a one time customer you will be in the tier called "Impacter" and if you have an active subscription you will be in the tier called "Subscriber Hero". The points are the same for the two tiers, but being a subscriber comes with additional benefits - always free shipping and 15% off renewals.
